THE PROMOTION
- The Promoter (“The Promoter”) refers to the creative agency in partnership with Henkel South Africa Pty Ltd.
- Any person participating in this promotion (Stand a chance to win R1000 BTS vouchers weekly with Pritt)– run by Henkel, including affiliates, partners, associations, and agents, does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
- The Henkel – “Stand a chance to win R1000 BTS vouchers weekly with Pritt” Competition will run from the 1st of November 2024 to the 31st of January 2025 (midnight), after which date the promotion will automatically lapse and no further entries will be accepted.

- The winners will be announced weekly and/or at the discretion of the client Henkel via the official Pritt South Africa Facebook page and the winners will be notified via telephone.
- The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- A MAXIMUM of 1 prize may be claimed per person, per household (per mobile number), per booking group (group defined as more than ONE person accompanying the Winner).
THE PRIZES
- The prizes offered for this promotion is a R1000 voucher card.
- All entries must be submitted by the 31st of January 2025 at midnight to qualify to receive the prizes.
- All entries will stand a chance to win a R1000 voucher card.
- The winners will be selected at random from all entries made, each entrant is allowed multiple entries.
- The winners will be contacted weekly during the promotional period.
- The winner will be contacted via telephone. If the winner is unavailable, a second attempt will be made the following day. Should the winner remain unreachable, an alternate winner will be selected.
- To be eligible for the prize, participants must ensure that they have a valid South Africa ID, are over the age of 18, and retain their till slip or invoice (for Online purchases) as proof of entry.
- The reward is non-refundable, non-exchangeable nor transferrable in anyway.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.

- The Promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility and shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or the bearer, or accept any liability for (a)any inability by the Winners to use the prize or (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any Participating Partner(s), or (c) the contents, accuracy or sue of the Rewards nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss, injury, death or damage to any property occurring while using the services of the Partner.
- The Promoter, its agents and distributors cannot replace any lost or stolen prizes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and /or prize without notice.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any prize misrepresentation (written or verbal) or warranties by anyone /group other than the Promoter.
- The Promoter and its authorized agents have no responsibility for the administration of the Participating Partner and will not accept any liability in relation to the quality or performance thereof.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prizes without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
